—This moment means everything to me. It represents the culmination of four years of hard work, growth, and resilience. I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities at UNC that have shaped me.
How do you feel about your legacy at UNC?
—I am proud of the legacy I am leaving at UNC. I have overcome challenges, achieved milestones, and represented the university with pride. I hope my journey inspires others to believe in themselves and persevere.
What is your fondest memory at UNC?
—There are so many incredible memories at UNC, but one that stands out is when my teammate Armando hit a clutch three-pointer. I encouraged him to take the shot, and it was an unforgettable moment.
Why didn't you show much emotion after the game?
—I can't fully explain why I didn't show much emotion. Perhaps it hasn't fully hit me yet, and I believe that when I sit down and reflect on everything, the emotions will come rushing in.
What message would you like to give to your teammates and fans?
—To my teammates, thank you for the incredible journey we have shared. Your friendship and support have meant the world to me. And to the fans, thank you for embracing me as a player and a student. Your love and enthusiasm have made my time at UNC truly special.
